OREANDA-NEWS. August 22, 2012. Kazkommertsbank (the “Bank”), one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, announces on voluntary liquidation of representative office of the Bank in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, reported the press-centre of Kazkommertsbank. 

The representative office of the Bank in London was opened in 1997 to maintain business relationships with commercial banks, international financial institutions, government authorities in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Currently, these responsibilities are assigned to other divisions of the Bank.

Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Bank has made a decision to liquidate the representative office in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

The procedure on voluntary liquidation was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the respective legislations.
