490 contracts for the construction of affordable housing in the terms of payment by the state 30% of its value have been signed, and it has been provided 230 loans under the program of the youth housing loans. The State Mortgage Institution has financed 850 loans.

718 contracts have been signed as part of the reduction in price of mortgages. Interdepartmental commission has determined 344 residential units where proposed 15,441 apartments.

Throughout the country 14.7 thousand citizens have expressed a desire to receive reduced-price mortgages. 718 loans totaling 168.2 million UAH have been funded.
