The First Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Rafael Kuzmin during his official visit to Tokyo gave the Japanese side to handle a draft memorandum on cooperation in the field of competition policy between the Committee and the Fair Trade Commission of Japan.

In addition, during this visit, Rafael Kuzmin handed the leadership of the Commission invitation of the Chairman of the Committee Vasyl Tsushko to participate in the seminar on "Development Strategy of competition law", which is on January 28-29, 2013 in Kyiv.
