OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2013. AB Kauno Energija has got a notification from Kaunas city municipality administration on the 28th of December, 2012, informing that the member of AB Kauno Energija Supervisory Board Orinta Leipute has asked the resignation on the 20th of November, 2012 from all collegial bodies of all the enterprises controlled by Kaunas city municipality.

It is informed in notification, that according to the part 10 of chapter 31 of Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, Orinta Leipute as the elected member of Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania from the 19th of November, 2012 is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board of AB Kauno Energija.
