OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2013. In the end of December of 2012 the assortment line of Ulybka federal brand was joined by new kinds of wafers and sugar pastry.

The enterprises of Stoylenskaya Niva started manufacturing of the exclusive product – Klyukvenniye wafers. Crispy wafers are interleaved with fine filling with pieces of natural sublimating cranberry. This product is unrivalled in the Russian market. Traditional Limonniye wafers which are produced with usage of lemon juice and chicken eggs also joined the assortment line.

Besides, the confectioners of Stoylenskaya Niva presented seven kinds of sugar pastry to the attention of customers: Classicheskoe, Shockoladnoe, Zemlyanichnoe, Orekhovoe, Medovoe, Sgushchonoe Moloko, V Glazuri. The unique formula of the given products is based on usage of natural ingredients only: chicken eggs, butter, condensed milk, honey, cocoa, nuts.

All the fancy baked goods produced under Ulybka trademark are made according to the Soviet GOSTs and do not contain artificial colouring and aromatising agents and concervants.

Olga Yashina, the chief flour confectionary goods branch of Marketing Department of Stoylenskaya Niva AIC: “Production capacities of our enterprises allow to output up to 400 tons of sugar pastry and up to 300 tons of wafers per month. Slavniy Pekar Trade House, the structural subdivision of Stoylenskaya Niva AIC created to work with clients on the principle of ‘one stop shop’, deals with realization of products on distribution channels – to distributors, wholesalers and network retailers.
