OREANDA-NEWS. November 13, 2013. Within nearest time Ukraine will become a provider of information of the European Business Register. It concerns launch of Ukrainian service of interaction with the EBR.

It means from the EBR states, that are distributors of information, there will be an opportunity to receive data about Ukrainian enterprises from Single State Register of juridical persons and physical persons-entrepreneurs.

Such modern and efficient mechanism of information exchange with European countries is the next step made by the State Registration Service of Ukraine in order to improve positions of Ukraine in the Doing Business ranking, which this year have raised from the 50-th to the 47 place in the Registration of Enterprises category.

The head of the State Registration Service of Ukraine Dmytro Vorona explained from now on European business structures would be able to receive information about Ukrainian colleagues, which in its turn will afford Ukrainian businessmen to be more transparent, open and, as a result, it will increase trust of Europeans in Ukraine, our authorities and business.

“We will be the first among providers of information of the European Business Register of the CIS states outrunning Poland, Hungary and Romania,” Dmytro Vorona underlined.

European Business Register (EBR) is a system of business registers which gives an opportunity to everyone to obtain official information about the companies of the countries which appear the EBR members.

The information comes into EBR from official registers of juridical persons and physical persons-entrepreneurs of the EBR member-states. The register is updated on a constant basis and provides with reliable and accurate information.
