OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company entered into optional third-party liability insurance agreement UTG aviation services - the company offering ground handling services for aircrafts, passengers, cargoes and luggage at the airports of Moscow airport hub, with the insurance liability limit of USD 50 m.

As provided for by the agreement, the insurance covered the risks of third-party liability, as might be incurred by UTG aviation services, for indemnification of damage inflicted to third parties' life or health, natural persons' and legal entities' property, state and municipal property, and environment. The agreement is 1-year determinable.

UTG aviation services works in partnership with major Russian and international carriers, servicing over 65 000 flights every year and registering over 15 000 passengers daily and processing over 100 tons of luggage and 60 tons of cargo.

UTG aviation services has been working in aviation industry since 1998, cooperating with more than 30 Russian and foreign carriers and employing over 1500 professionals. Since 2012 UTG has been actively expanding into ground handling sector. The company is the first independent handling operator in Russia that was certified by the Federal Air Transport Agency (FATA) to carry out terminal aircraft ground handling.
