OREANDA-NEWS. Third phase of TMM's Sonyachna brama residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv) is at the final stage of construction; construction of the fourth phase is in progress.

In one of the buildings of the 3rd phase, current works include hydrofuge insulation works on terraces, insulation of facades, aluminium window system installation.

Monolith frame of one of the 4th phase buildings is erected up to the fourth floor, and brick laying works have been started in another building.

Third phase of the complex is scheduled to be commissioned in Q1 2014.
