OREANDA-NEWS. July 21, 2014. People wishing to register their business faster and easier will benefit from opportunities of a single desk mechanism.

The government approved a draft law on the matter.

Under the draft law, the applicant will pay one visit to the single desk to initiate and/or develop business and to submit and receive the needed information on state registration.

The state registration office will get information necessary to directly register from public authorities via e-networks, without involvement of applicant, as it is now. Subsequently, the information from the state register will be presented to the public authorities to get fiscal, statistic, medical and social records.

The same draft is aimed at reducing the term for business registration from 5 to 3 working days. At the same time, emergency regime will remain valid (within 24 hours, 4 hours and one hour), economic agents may optionally appeal to against higher charges.
