OREANDA-NEWS. TMM has started sales of properties in the final, fourth, phase of its business-class residential complex Sonyachna Brama, 73-79 Lomonosova St., Kyiv. Apartments are available in two buildings, with 10 and 13 storeys, both of which are at the advanced stage of construction.

Available apartments comprise the following types:

- 2-room apartments from 73 m2
- 3-room apartments from 106 m2
