According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of the Bank's authorized shares (common shares
  KZ1C35620018 only) made up 325,000,000 units;

- 103,728,416 shares of the Bank are outstanding;

- the Bank bought back 551,519 of its shares;

- entities each holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the
