- the Chelyabinsk-based joint-stock company Uglemetbank to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name and location;
- the Moscow-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank STRATEGIA (public joint-stock company) to perform broker, dealer, and depository activity due to the change of name;
- the Moscow-based public joint-stock company ROSBANK to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name;
- the Rostov-on-Don-based public joint-stock company Donkhlebbank to perform broker, dealer, and depository activity due to the change of name;
- the Moscow-based limited liability company CB Bank of Settlements and Savings to perform broker, dealer activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of location;
- the Syzran-based limited liability company Zemsky Bank to perform depository activity due to the reorganisation;
- the Moscow-based joint-stock company National Investment Company to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name and location;
- the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Adelantbank to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name;
