National managing holding KazAgro JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that based on the decision of specialized inter- district administrative court of Astana of April 10, 2015 National managing holding KazAgro JSC was held administratively liable:


- content of an administrative liability (administrative offense) indicating an article of the Code of Kazakhstan's Administrative Offenses Code – an administrative offense, expressed in violating the duty of disclosure of information in the securities market, which are punishable under Article 263 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offences"

- other information – copies of orders were received on April 14, 2015 and are not currently in force
