OREANDA-NEWS. Aozora Bank, Ltd. announced that the Bank collaborated with Shinsei Bank, Limited to jointly execute a loan intended for TMK Wonder Triangulum. TMK Wonder Triangulum is a special purpose company developing 'The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan' ('Park Front Hotel' or 'the Project'), which is scheduled to open on August 1, 2015.

The Park Front Hotel is located in front of the main gate of Universal Studios Japan, and will be operated by Tokyu Hotels Co., Ltd., a company with a highly recognized brand and extensive experience in the hotel operations business.

Aozora is making efforts towards the financing of 'operational assets', which include hotels, leisure and amusement parks, hospitals, elderly care homes, and other facilities that require management and operating expertise. In addition, earnings from operational assets may vary significantly depending on asset quality as well as the selection of an expert operator capable of managing the relevant assets. The Bank has been involved in this project from the planning stage, arranging financing in the form of a non-recourse loan based on the superior quality of this hotel property and excellent management capabilities of the hotel operator.
