National company "Kazakhstan Engineering" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 27, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y03E322 (KZ2C00001865, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from the quasi-state sector", KZENb1) of National company "Kazakhstan Engineering" JSC for the period from November 7, 2014 to May 6, 2015.

According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the period under review; as of May 6, 2015 1,510,001 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
