OREANDA-NEWS. October 05, 2015. The Bank of Lithuania and Vilnius University would like to invite you to the lecture “An Introduction to the Economics of Payments” by professor Charles M. Kahn from the University of Illinois. Professor Kahn will introduce the concept of “payments economics” and share his experience with research and teaching in various universities all over the world. Professor Kahn is visiting Lithuania as a key note speaker in the conference “Non-banks in Payment Market: Challenges and Opportunities”, held by the Bank of Lithuania and Sveriges Riksbank, the central bank of Sweden.
