OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2015. Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Lithuanian Shipping Company shares from 28-12-2015 (inclusive).

The trading will be suspended following the provisions of item 16.3 of the Nasdaq Vilnius listing rules (“The court initiated bankruptcy”).

By the decision of Regional Court of Klaipeda dated December 14th, 2015 the bankruptcy proceedings of PC Lithuanian Shipping Company have been initiated. The decision comes into force 10 days after its adoption.
