PNB Kazakhstan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a certificate of state re-registration of a legal entity dated March 9, 2016, according to which its new name is Joint-stock company "Tengri Bank".

According to the said document, the location of Tengri Bank JSC is as follows": 91/2 Dostyk ave., Medeu district, Almaty 050051, Republic of Kazakhstan.
