OREANDA-NEWS  Rostec State Corporation has handed over another batch of new Su-35S fighters to the Russian Ministry of Defense. This is stated in the company's message.

The batch of new combat vehicles was handed over to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation by the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of Rostec. The pilots of the Russian Aerospace Forces, who received the 4++ Su-35S generation fighters, thanked the plant's employees for their contribution to ensuring the country's defense capability.

Fighters are designed to gain air supremacy, destroy ground and surface targets. Su-35S can operate in difficult weather conditions and at great distances from their home airfield. This is not the first time that new combat vehicles have been transferred to the army — on May 12, the Russian Defense Ministry also received a batch of Su-35S from the KLA.

"Military pilots highly appreciate the characteristics of the Su-35S. During its operation, the aircraft proved to be the best in its class," said Vladimir Artyakov, First Deputy General Director of Rostec. According to him, domestic machines help to fulfill all the tasks set and bring victory closer.

Earlier, the High-Precision Complexes holding supplied the Russian troops with a batch of the latest mini-missiles for the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and cannon system. "A batch of mini-missiles has been shipped to the Russian Ministry of Defense as part of the state defense order," the representatives of the holding noted.
