OREANDA-NEWS The rejection of energy cooperation with Russia has provoked the greatest negative effect on the German economy itself, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"The rejection of energy cooperation with Russia has provoked the greatest negative effect for the German economy," the diplomat told RIA Novosti.
According to Lubinsky, the growth of the German economy by the end of 2025 amounted to no more than 0.1-0.2%.
"The increase in the cost of production caused a reduction in staff, production volumes, its transfer to foreign jurisdictions with more favorable conditions, and ultimately leads to the deindustrialization of Germany," he said.
"The rejection of energy cooperation with Russia has provoked the greatest negative effect for the German economy," the diplomat told RIA Novosti.
