A volcano has erupted in Hawaii

OREANDA-NEWS The Kilauea volcano has erupted in the Hawaiian Islands. This is reported by the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
As specified, this was the forty-first episode of the ongoing eruption, it began at 11 a.m. local time (midnight Moscow time). The new episode immediately made itself felt by a sharp increase in seismic activity. During it, the volcano released a lava fountain, the discharge reached a height of 460-480 meters. The northern and southern vents of the giant showed equal activity throughout the eruption episode, seismologists note.
According to experts, the first Kilauea eruption in a year was recorded on January 13. Back then, the height of the lava fountains reached 200 meters.
Earlier, the video showed the moment of the eruption of Mount Etna. The Sicilian giant threw lava to a height of 400 meters. The volcano's activity led to disruptions in air traffic, and a red alert level was introduced.
