OREANDA-NEWS  Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar has arrived in Kiev. This is reported by The Times of Israel.

"This trip marks the highest—ranking visit by an Israeli official to Ukraine since February 2023, when Saar's predecessor, acting Energy Minister Eli Cohen, visited the country," the publication says.

During the visit, the Israeli Foreign Minister will meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga, as well as with representatives of the Ukrainian Jewish community.

Earlier, Saarland welcomed the US withdrawal from UNESCO.
