Mercedes-Benz imports to Russia have grown at a record pace

OREANDA-NEWS In 2025, 36.6 thousand Mercedes-Benz premium brand cars were imported to Russia. This is 47 percent higher than in 2024. Analyst Sergey Tselikov provides such data in his Telegram channel.
The import of new cars increased by 30 percent, reaching a volume of 10.2 thousand units. Deliveries of used cars increased even more — by 55 percent, to 26.4 thousand units.
The vast majority of new Mercedes-Benz vehicles (98.9 percent) are equipped with an engine with more than 160 horsepower. The share of such units among used cars is also very high — 79.5 percent.
Cars manufactured in Germany accounted for more than 85 percent of total imports, including both new and used ones. The share of cars assembled in China remains insignificant — 5.3 percent among new and 4.5 percent among used.
