OREANDA-NEWS   Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin spoke about the work of the Russian Federation and Belarus in joint personnel training, announcing the signing of an intergovernmental agreement on the working conditions of the Belarusian-Russian university.

"Together we pay great attention to personnel training. On the eve of our meeting, a new intergovernmental agreement was signed on the terms of operation of the Belarusian-Russian University. This is one of the leading educational and scientific centers, where about four thousand people study," Mishustin said at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union State.

He noted that the signed document establishes the university's status as an interstate educational organization, as well as introduces a single level of scholarship support.
