OREANDA-NEWS The Song Theater Company, founded by pop singer Alla Pugacheva and her daughter, singer Kristina Orbakaite, has completed its reorganization. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to relevant documents.

It is reported that the Song Theater LLC was founded in 2008 under the name Alla Pugacheva Song Theater, but in 2009 Pugacheva and Orbakaite left the founders, after which the company was renamed. The theater was planned to be built in St. Petersburg.

According to the agency, in October 2025, a notification was received about the start of the company's reorganization procedure. In mid-January, the theater's reorganization was completed.

According to information from the documents, the second participant in the reorganization is LLC "Piem Ai Soft", which specializes in providing advertising services. According to the documents, after the completion of the reorganization, this company will cease operations.

Earlier it became known that the Moscow court accepted for consideration the claim of the head of the Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption (FBK) Vitaly Borodin to Alla Pugacheva for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation.
