OREANDA-NEWS The United Aircraft Corporation and the Indian company Flamingo Aerospace have announced a strategic partnership and signed a preliminary agreement on the supply of six IL-114-300 aircraft, RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
The official signing ceremony was held as part of the Wings India 2026 International Aviation Exhibition at Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad, India.
"The cooperation program is aimed at meeting India's growing regional aviation needs. The delivery of six IL-114-300 aircraft will be the first stage. In addition, as part of the agreements, UAC will provide Flamingo Aerospace with a roadmap for the development of aviation competencies. This will allow the Indian company to gradually increase the capabilities of aircraft assembly, modification, maintenance, repair and overhaul, as well as infrastructure development," the UAC said.
