OREANDA-NEWS  President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and ex-presidential candidate of Belarus Svetlana Tikhanovskaya are discussing a criminal case against the current Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko. The European Truth newspaper writes about this, citing its sources.

"According to Euro Pravda, the agreements have gone much further. In particular, the possibility of criminal prosecution of Lukashenko was discussed," the newspaper writes.

According to them, such a step will completely block the possibility of "behind-the-scenes" agreements with the Belarusian president.

Earlier, Ukrainska Pravda, citing sources in the office of the President of Ukraine, wrote that Vladimir Zelensky changed his policy towards Belarus and the Belarusian opposition in Lithuania after the resignation of the second head of his office, Andrei Ermak. According to the newspaper, the latter did not want to build relations with Svetlana Tikhanovskaya and the entire Belarusian opposition in order to prevent an escalation of the situation on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.
