OREANDA-NEWS. An authoritative American magazine Institutional Investor included Pavel Teplukhin, President and CEO of Troika Dialog Asset Management in its prestigious list of the 20 Rising Stars of Wealth Management, the company's press-service reports. The winning nominees oversee between $50 million and $32 billion in assets under management and work across the U.S., Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. The candidates were nominated by their peers in the wealth management industry.

The year 2007 is the inaugural year for the 20 Rising Stars of Wealth Management; this honor will be given out annually moving forward. This year’s ‘Stars’ were announced on August 27th in a special supplement to Institutional Investor and were honored and awarded at the High-Net-Worth Industry Awards on September 10th.

Pavel Teplukhin is the sole Russian citizen honoree in the 2007 Rising Stars of Wealth Management. “It was difficult to prove that Russian portfolio managers can compete with their globally recognized peers,” said he.

The honorees have been specializing in, among others, investment management, trust and estate planning, tax planning, divorce, philanthropy and concierge services and work mainly at large supermarket firms, smaller private shops, private banks or brokerage houses, multi-family offices and trust companies.

The finalists were selected based on the following: they are 45 years old or younger, demonstrate impressive credentials and experience, show a career consistency and commitment to the broader industry through trade groups, regulatory or other memberships revealing a dedication that could make them future leaders and trendsetters. Most of those on the honoree list are USA citizens.
