OREANDA-NEWS  The founder of SpaceX and Tesla, Elon Musk, became the first trillionaire in history. This is reported by Reuters.

After SpaceX's initial public offering (IPO), its value is estimated at about $866 billion. "Together with Tesla and the rest of Musk's assets, Musk's fortune will exceed $1.1 trillion by the time stock trading begins on Friday," the agency claims.

Earlier it became known that many high-ranking subordinates of US President Donald Trump "have interests" in SpaceX or the AI startup xAI that has teamed up with it. Because of this, the company's entry into the stock exchange, according to the authors of Bloomberg, will be a way for "already rich" White House officials to become even richer.
