OREANDA-NEWS  Pop singer Philip Kirkorov took out loans for the organization of his performances and concerts. The Tsargrad TV channel became aware of the artist's financial problems.

The channel took a comment from the famous concert producer Sergey Lavrov. He said that Kirkorov "always lived one day" and invested all his funds in organizing his shows. The producer doubts that Kirkorov has a lot of money now.

"Philip has never skimped on the show. He invested all the money he had, took out loans, just to make a high—quality product and surprise the audience," Lavrov says.

Tsargrad notes that because of such a policy, Kirkorov could experience financial difficulties, including it is possible that the artist got into debt. Earlier, the court recovered from Kirkorov a multimillion-dollar debt on taxes and fees.

A number of artists who took part in the "naked party" faced cancellation of concerts and exclusion from New Year's TV shows. Many, in particular Kirkorov himself, lost their advertising contracts. His performances were also cut from the broadcast of the Christmas concert on Channel One. After the scandal, Kirkorov left Russia and was last seen in the United States.
