Kirkorov will pay almost 80 thousand dollars to the US treasury

OREANDA-NEWS Russian singer Philip Kirkorov will have to pay almost 80 thousand dollars to the American budget for a mansion in Miami Beach. This is reported by Baza.
It is noted that changes took place in the house last year, as a result of which the area of some buildings decreased. In particular, the ground floor area of the main house has been reduced by almost 12 square meters, and the SPA area has decreased from 7.5 square meters to 2.8 "squares". The publication notes that in 2024, the artist paid about 74.5 thousand dollars in taxes to the US treasury, and in 2025 — almost 77 thousand dollars.
Kirkorov has homes abroad in Latvia, Bulgaria and the USA. So, in Miami, the singer owns a villa with an area of 775 square meters. It has seven bedrooms, a swimming pool and views of the golf course. The artist bought it for 4.2 million dollars (338.12 million rubles), and in 2024 he tried to sell it for 8 million dollars (664.05 million rubles). However, the buyer could not be found.
Earlier, Kirkorov's daughter Alla-Victoria, who left for the United States, explained her reluctance to return to Russia. According to her, there are many things in Miami that Moscow does not have.
