OREANDA-NEWS  VTB CEO Andrey Kostin, at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, announced the group's plans to achieve a net profit under IFRS of at least 600 billion rubles by the end of this year.

"We plan to increase profits this year. Last year it amounted to a little more than 500 billion rubles, this year we plan to reach the figure of 600 plus," Kostin said.

Kostin said at the end of June that VTB maintains its forecast for the bank's net profit under IFRS in 2026 at at least 600 billion rubles.
