OREANDA-NEWS  VTB CEO Andrey Kostin noted the increase in investments in Russia from Chinese investors.

"Now, according to my data, we have seen a significant increase in investments from Chinese investors," he said, speaking at the plenary session of the XXIII International Banking Forum. Arab investors, he said, are "taking a closer look."

"Of course, we don't have enough foreign investments," Kostin added.
