OREANDA-NEWS  The American sportswear manufacturer Nike, which left Russia, was able to extend the validity of three trademarks in Russia, RIA Novosti found out by examining the electronic database of Rospatent.

According to the documents, the exclusive rights to the Nike Aeroswift, Air Jordan and SNKRS trademarks are due to expire in the spring and fall of 2026. The corporation has submitted applications to Rospatent to extend the period of ownership of these marks. The Agency made the decision, satisfying the claims of the copyright holder NIKE Innovation S.V. and extending the validity of the marks until 2036, respectively.
