OREANDA-NEWS  Norway will allocate a billion kronor (more than $ 92 million) to Ukraine for humanitarian aid to the population before the onset of winter. This is reported in a statement published on the official website of the Norwegian government.

"Norway allocates an additional billion Norwegian kroner to provide Ukrainians in need with access to the necessary protection and vital assistance," the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kingdom said.

On September 8, the head of the German Defense Ministry, Boris Pistorius, announced a new package of military and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine for 400 million euros.
