OREANDA-NEWS Ozon Bank continues to operate in a standard mode, the new sanctions measures will not affect its work, the bank's press service told RIA Novosti.

Earlier on Thursday, the British Ministry of Finance announced the imposition of sanctions against Ozon Bank.

Ozon Bank continues to operate in the standard mode: retail customers pay for purchases with cards, open savings accounts and deposits without restrictions, entrepreneurs use their accounts, loans and all other financial products without any problems... the new sanctions measures will not affect Ozon Bank," the report says.

The bank also noted that it has no assets abroad, does not conduct operations outside the country, serves its customers inside Russia, and does not use the SWIFT system - it uses only Russian financial infrastructure.
