OREANDA-NEWS  An energy company has sued singer Alla Pugacheva over an electricity debt in her empty apartment in Moscow. This became known to the Telegram channel Mash.

We are talking about apartments in the elite residential complex Filippovsky on Arbat. According to the channel, Pugacheva did not pay for electricity from October 2023 to January 2026 and owed 8,722 rubles. In June, the world court registered the claim of the energy company against the singer.

In the spring, a five-room apartment with an area of 300 square meters with two parking spaces was put up for sale for five million dollars (about 391 million rubles). It is noted that the object is being sold at a reduced price — other options in the same building cost about 500 million rubles. According to realtors, it is not easy to find buyers for such a lot, despite the name of the owner.

Earlier it was reported that Pugacheva's cottage in Solnechnogorsk, Moscow region, has dropped in price. The object has fallen in price by 10 million rubles.
