OREANDA-NEWS  The average cost of pork shish kebab for a family of four this year will be 776 rubles, chicken - 398 rubles, and turkey - 932 rubles, Rusprodsoyuz calculated for RIA Novosti.

"In 2025, the average cost of a chicken shish kebab increased by 2.4% and amounted to 398 rubles. Pork shish kebab went up by 4.9% (775.6 rubles against 739.5 rubles a year earlier). Turkey kebab increased in price by 14.5%: from 814.5 to 932.8 rubles," the Rusprodsoyuz estimated.

They clarified that the calculations were based on a classic recipe for a family of four, which includes 1.5 kilograms of meat, 0.5 kilograms of onions, 15 milliliters of acetic acid, as well as pepper and salt.
