OREANDA-NEWS   The Moscow exchange has set the lower limit of fluctuations in the prices of shares of Detsky Mir (DSKY) due to a sharp decline in paper prices. Shares of Detsky Mir by 12:00 fell by 23.9% compared to Monday's level — to 46.52 rubles, having updated the minimum of February. Due to increased risks, at 11:31, the Moscow Exchange set the lower limit at 38.14 rubles.

Yesterday, on November 7, Detsky Mir announced plans to reorganize the business into a private company. In this regard, Detsky Mir may withdraw from the Moscow Exchange. Now the share of shares of Detsky Mir in free circulation is 60%. In addition, Detsky Mir will not submit the issue of payment of dividends for the first nine months of 2022 to the shareholders' meeting.

After this statement, the shares began to fall sharply. On November 7, before the announcement of the decision on the possible reorganization of the company, the papers of Detsky Mir were traded at 74.9 rubles apiece, at 12:10 on November 8 — 46 rubles per paper.
