The Bank of Russia raised the dollar and euro exchange rates

OREANDA-NEWS The dollar exchange rate set by the Bank of Russia on August 7 was 81.4077 rubles. The relevant information is posted on the regulator's website.
The euro rose to 94.0585 rubles, and the yuan to 12.0637 rubles.
The day before, on August 6, the dollar was worth 80.9293 rubles. As for the quotations of the euro and the Chinese currency, they amounted to 93,1901 and 11,9684 rubles, respectively.
According to the forecasts of investment adviser Igor Fineman, by the end of the summer, the dollar exchange rate will fluctuate between 73-80 rubles. He noted that at the beginning of the summer, Russians reduced their purchases of foreign currency by 16 billion rubles. However, this is not a steady trend towards a loss of interest in dollars, but only a seasonal decrease in demand and the transition to foreign exchange instruments.
In turn, Alexander Grif, chairman of the Committee on Digital and Technological Sovereignty of the CIS Business Economic Center, said that the dollar exchange rate could reach 82-86 rubles by the end of the summer.
