OREANDA-NEWS   The Savelovsky Court of Moscow ordered Vladislav Bakalchuk to pay compensation to his ex-wife Tatiana Kim in the case of the division of property, the press service of the RVB (united company Wildberries and Russ) told Interfax.

"According to the court's decision on the division of property between Tatiana Kim and Vladislav Bakalchuk, the latter received 1/7 of the share of the total property. Since the value of the awarded property exceeds his share, the court ordered him to pay Tatiana Kim 217 million rubles," the report says.

By a court decision, Bakalchuk received ownership of an apartment in Lyubertsy, a land plot in Zaraysk near Moscow, the companies Podolsk Logistics and WB Development owned by him, as well as funds that are in his personal accounts.

Podolsk Logistics JSC is a company engaged in the production of building metal structures, products and their parts.

WB Development LLC is a project company that was the technical customer of Wildberries development projects until mid-2024. The latter filed a lawsuit against WB Development for 713 million rubles. The claims are related to non-payment of a loan issued by Wildberries. According to this claim, the court took interim measures and seized the specified amount in the accounts of WB Development.

On April 17, it became known that the Savelovsky Court of Moscow ruled in favor of Tatiana Kim on the division of property with her ex-husband. According to the judge's decision, a 1% stake in Wildberries LLC, owned by Vladislav Bakalchuk, went to Tatiana Kim. She became the owner of 100% of the company. Kim also retains 100% of Wildberries Bank LLC and funds in his personal accounts.

Tatiana Kim, co-founder and owner of Wildberries LLC, announced in early October 2024 that the restructuring of the combined Wildberries and Russ company, which began in June of the same year, had been completed. Her ex-husband Vladislav Bakalchuk opposed the merger. In particular, he filed a lawsuit against RVB, Wildberries and Kim, trying to challenge the transfer of Wildberries assets to the combined company.

At the same time, other claims of RVB, WB Development (owned by Bakalchuk) and their owners are being considered in the Arbitration Court.
