OREANDA-NEWS Starting from July 21, the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange will introduce a mechanism for selling gasoline only to end users, the trading platform reported.

"Starting from 07/21/2026, you can only buy gasoline on the stock exchange for your own consumption or for third parties (end users)," the trading platform said.

Only bidders belonging to one of two categories will be able to purchase gasoline for third parties: a member of the exchange or a member of the Petroleum Products section. The Exchange includes them in the list of commodity trading participants acting in the interests and at the expense of others. The list is published on the exchange's website in the "Petroleum Products" section.
