Bolshunov won the 15 km race in the final of the Cup of Russia

OREANDA-NEWS Three-time Olympic champion in cross-country skiing Alexander Bolshunov became the winner of the 15 km race in the classic style as part of the final of the Cup of Russia in Kirovsk.
He covered the distance in 38 minutes and 49.8 seconds.
Sergey Ardashev took the second place with a gap of 7.9 seconds. The bronze medalist was Alexey Chervotkin, whose lag was 42.7 seconds.
The women's 10 km race was won by Alina Pekletsova, with a time of 29 minutes 6.0 seconds. Elizaveta Maslakova took second place (+22.4 seconds), Ekaterina Nikitina rounded out the top three (+38.8).
