The building will appear in the Nagatinsky Zaton area. The architects conceived the entrance from two levels, one from the street through the main entrance, and the second through a pedestrian gallery that connects the hall with the Island of Dreams Park. This will allow you to unload the entrances and speed up the passage of visitors.
"During the day, the building will look like a light floating structure, and in the evening it will turn into a large light accent," Sobyanin added. The hall can be transformed for different programs. The stalls turn into a dance floor if you remove about two thousand chairs from there.
Earlier, the mayor of the capital said that in Moscow this year they plan to improve about 40 territories near transport facilities.
