OREANDA-NEWS  Together with the Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergey Valeryevich Aksyonov, we decided to sign decrees on the introduction of a regional emergency regime in Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea.

The decision was made primarily to address economic issues. The legal emergency regime makes it possible to resolve issues of stable functioning of all areas on which people's livelihoods depend as quickly as possible.
