OREANDA-NEWS The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the village of Malinovka in the Belgorod region with the help of a kamikaze drone. This was announced by the head of the Russian region Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram channel.

According to him, the drone got stuck in the window of a private house and did not detonate. There was no one in the room at that moment.

The specialists who arrived at the scene cordoned off the territory, sealed the house and organized a duty. The neighboring buildings are located at a safe distance, the governor stressed.

"Currently, specialists are engaged in the neutralization of an explosive device," Gladkov wrote.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to attack Russia before President Vladimir Putin's speech at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). Then the air defense shot down three aircraft-type drones over the Belgorod region.
