OREANDA-NEWS  Due to the threat of unmanned boats, Sochi authorities have temporarily restricted access to beaches where entertainment events are held in the evenings, Sochi Mayor Andrei Proshunin said on Tuesday.

"In Sochi, there is a threat of the use of BEC (unmanned boats). The city's operational headquarters has decided to temporarily restrict access to beach areas and embankments. Rescuers and guards warn of possible danger using loudspeakers, and voice alerts are provided on shore. I ask residents and guests of the resort to take precautions," Proshunin wrote on his Facebook channel.
