OREANDA-NEWS  In the village of Artemovsky in the north of the Irkutsk region, a state of emergency (emergency) has been declared due to a water pipeline breakthrough. This was announced by the governor of the Russian region Igor Kobzev in the Telegram channel.

He explained that for this reason, 13 houses in Artemovsky, in which 64 people live, including eight children, were left without heating.

Kobzev noted that he keeps the situation under control. According to him, engineering teams have started working at the accident site.

In addition, the deputy head of the district went to the Irkutsk settlement, he will have to assess the damage in the apartments that fell under the shutdown. Temporary accommodation facilities have been deployed for residents of Artemovsky.

There is an anticyclone in the Irkutsk region, and the temperature has dropped below 40 degrees in the north of the Russian region.

At the end of October, an emergency mode was introduced in Komsomolsk-on-Amur due to the detection of avian flu at a poultry farm. The decree on the introduction of the corresponding regime was signed by the head of the city Alexander Zhornik.
