OREANDA-NEWS  Vladislav Bakalchuk, the owner of WB Development, will be checked for violations of an article about fakes about the Russian Armed Forces due to a post on his Telegram channel. About this "Tape.<url>" reported a source familiar with the situation.

"Vladislav Bakalchuk will be checked under paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The reason is the possible spread of fakes and discrediting of the Russian army and its military in his Telegram channel. Law enforcement officers received a corresponding appeal," the source said.

The editorial office also has at its disposal a copy of the statement received by the Russian Interior Ministry, asking it to check Bakalchuk's post dated April 29. The entrepreneur wrote on Telegram that due to the alleged increase in defense spending of the country's budget, "business will have to survive." In addition, the publication said that in the near future, the tax burden on entrepreneurs in Russia may increase and regulatory pressure will increase. "Everyone will be forced to tighten their belts, except those who are tied to these (military — approx. "The tapes.ru") expenses," Bakalchuk said.

Also, in his opinion, financing of the social sphere is not a first-order priority for the state because of its problems.

According to the TGStat service, the post in Bakalchuk's Telegram channel was deleted on the same day, but remained available in monitoring databases.

Earlier, in April, it became known that the businessman owed his ex-wife Tatiana Kim 217 million rubles after the division of property. The court gave Kim Bakalchuk's share (1 percent) in Wildberries LLC, as well as 100 percent in Wildberries Bank LLC and all funds held in her personal accounts. Bakalchuk got an apartment in Lyubertsy, a plot of land in Zaraysk, Moscow region, as well as the companies Podolsk Logistics and WB Development.
