OREANDA-NEWS Specialized classes will appear in educational institutions of the Belgorod region, where they teach how to control drones. This was announced by the governor of the Russian border region Vyacheslav Gladkov on his VKontakte page.

"Yesterday, the Ministry of Education of Russia decided to allocate a grant to the Belgorod Region to create infrastructure for unmanned aircraft systems. This means that next year we will have specialized classes in 17 schools and 1 college," the governor said.

Gladkov drew attention to the high demand for this specialty.

Earlier, Senator Artyom Sheikin said that Russian schoolchildren will begin to learn the basics of using drones in elementary military training classes. The relevant proposal was supported by the Ministry of Education, and it was also sent to the Ministry of Defense.
